I’m a firm believer that the best stories — and the best lives — are the ones where love wins in the end. My novels are set in Fox Hollow, Kentucky, a town that doesn’t appear on any map but feels like a dozen you’ve driven through: a courthouse square with a diner that knows your order, a farmers’ market that runs on gossip and good tomatoes, and neighbors who wave whether or not they know your name yet.

Every book keeps the same promise — the trope you came for, a town worth belonging to, and an ending you can count on, with nothing sharper along the way than a little heartache.

I live in Kentucky with my family, among the bluegrass hills and quiet country roads that fill my books. When I’m not writing, I’m likely lost in a classic murder mystery, sharing a bottle of good local wine with friends, or tending my flower beds until the light gives out.
