She lives in the real Kentucky version of Fox Hollow — bluegrass hills, quiet country roads, and small towns where people still know your name and your coffee order. When she’s not writing, you’ll find her with a clever murder mystery in one hand and both hands in her flower beds.

Let me introduce you to Fox Hollow
My husband and I came through Kentucky on our honeymoon, and I knew I wanted to live there. Five years later, we closed on our house in Winchester, Kentucky – home of Ale 8 One soda the Beer Cheese Festival, and Fort Boonesboro (named for my hubby’s great great many times over uncle Daniel Boone).
I modeled Fox Hollow around everything I love about Kentucky: the people, the food, the culture.
And I model the romances around everything I love about love. My stories are filled with with ordinary people finding extraordinary love, and love winning in the end. No cliffhangers on the heart — just the beauty of happily-ever-after you can count on.
